What is a Flush Casement Window?

Flush Casement Windows are now really popular.  They bring a more contemporary feel to your regular casement window.  When a flush casement window is closed, it will sit flush within the frame, creating a smooth, flat surface on the outside.  Normal casement windows would protrude.
